Weare seeking an experienced Azure SQL Database Administrator (DBA)with 48 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in database administrationspecifically in managing and optimizing Azure SQL Databaseenvironments. As an Azure SQL DBA you will be responsible forensuring the performance availability security and scalability ofour Azure SQLdatabases

Requirements

JD:
Minimum4 of experience is required in Technical SupportRoles

Administration support for SQLdatabases and/or Azure Cloudbased

Musthave knowledge of basics of Azure andSQL

Hand on experience in productionsupport with Databaseexperience

Experience supporting ormaintaining complex mission critical database solutions RDMStechnologies and/or SQLlanguage.

Excellent understanding ofDatabase concepts anddeployments

Participate in case triagemeetings to share knowledge with other engineers and developefficient customer solutions. Consistently share best practiceswith team members and help create a knowledge base article tosolve/workaround that issue

Manage allcustomer communication with the appropriate level of etiquettetimeliness and professionalism whilst working towards achieving theKPI targets.

Experience working in ateam environment managing a diverseworkload

Ability to work independentlybe adaptable to change and varied workinghours

Ability to take quick decisionslike when to escalate a ticket to nextlevel

Strong problem solving andtroubleshooting skills an ability to use various data collectiontools and methodologies to analyze problems determine root causeand develop solutions.

ExcellentCommunication Skills verbal listening and written (includingtechnical writing).
