The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues.
  • Conduct investigations and address employee relations matters fairly and confidentially.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management:

  • Administer performance appraisal processes and guide managers on performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance management training for supervisors and employees.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Implement and manage employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and address inquiries.

The Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
