Job Description:
To draft the letters and notes about the correspondence and the issues related with the sections. To check and verify the claims of salaries, payment, leave, security etc and to do the needful for proper and prompt payment. To prepare orders and letters about the appointment of examiners, examination staff to prepare the programs of teaching and examinations and to submit the same to the higher officers. To complete the results and to the needful about the examination matters. To do the needful for carrying out the admissions, sanction of scholarships, checking of attendance of students and to look after all such matters. To prepare and maintain the service books, records, files copies, letters, seals and rubber stamp etc. To put up the matters promptly and regularly to the higher officers with all relevant details, previous correspondence, data, facts, Rules etc. so as to enable the officers to take appropriate decision. To maintain relevant registers, forms and all such documents. To keep the higher officer well informed about all-important matters.To carry out promptly any other job and responsibilities assigned by the higher officers from time to time.
