  • Identify optimal costeffective useof the resources and educate the team on thesame.
  • Carry out all Food and Beverageinventories.
  • Supervise all operationalfunctions of Cost Controlling such as: Checking ofKOTs/BOTs Spot Checks.
  • Finalize allcost related accounts for Food andBeverages.
  • Compare the monthly food andbeverage purchases with the AccountPayables.
  • Ensure to submit all Food andBeverage cost related details to the AccountsDepartment.
  • Conduct monthly inventory of foodbeverage and other storeroomitems.
