  • Prepare and serve avariety of coffee and beverages according to established recipesand quality standards
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer service by greeting taking orders and addressing customerinquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organizationof the caf including the coffee bar and seatingareas
  • Operate coffeemaking equipment such asespresso machines grinders and brewers
  • Handlecash process payments and maintain accurate transactionrecords
  • Collaborate with team members to ensureefficient and timely service during peakhours
  • Uphold food safety and hygieneregulations in the handling and storage of food andbeverages
  • Stock and replenish caf itemsincluding coffee beans syrups and othersupplies
  • Assist in creating and maintaining awelcoming and inviting atmosphere forcustomers
  • Handle customer complaints orconcerns with professionalism and problemsolvingskills
  • Participate in training to expandknowledge of coffee industry trends and newproducts
  • Contribute to the overall success ofthe caf by supporting promotional events andinitiatives
  • Adhere to company policiesprocedures and guidelines at alltimes
  • Contribute to a positive team environmentand promote teamwork among colleagues
  • Performopening and closing duties as required including cleaning andrestocking
Requiredqualifications
  • Prior experience in asimilar role in the food and beverageindustry
  • Knowledge of various coffee andespresso drinks brewing methods and coffeeroasts
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to engage with customers and teammembers
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment while maintaining attention todetail
  • Demonstrated customer service skills anda friendly approachable demeanor
  • Experiencewith cash handling and POSsystems
  • Understanding of food safety andhygiene standards
  • Ability to work well in ateam and collaborate effectively withcolleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied shiftsincluding weekends and holidays
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolvingissues
  • Ability to stand for extended periodsand lift/move moderately heavy items
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional certification in coffeepreparation is a plus
  • Passion for coffee and awillingness to learn and expand knowledge in thefield
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong workethic and positive attitude
  • Attention tocleanliness and organization in theworkplace
