Jobsummary:


ITPMedia India is looking for an experienced and skilled"Deputy Editor" to join our team at HealthcareRadius magazine and website. The selected candidate will beresponsible for generating and publishing highquality B2B editorialcontent across print digital and social mediaplatforms.


Theideal candidate will have a strong track record in editorial workspecifically in the B2B healthcare space. The Deputy Editor will berequired to build and maintain strong industry contacts in thehealthcare industry including the hospitals diagnostic laboratoriesinIndia.


Keyresponsibilities:

  • Generateand publish highquality content across print digital and socialmediaplatforms.
  • Havingstrong DigitalUnderstanding.
  • Buildand maintain strong industry contacts in hospitals and diagnosticlaboratories inIndia
  • Supportdigital and event initiatives of the Healthcare Radiusbrand
  • Workclosely with the Editor to develop content strategies andplans
  • Assignand manage articles features and other content to freelance writersandcontributors
  • Editand proofread content for accuracy clarity andquality
  • Conduct interviews with industry professionals and thoughtleaders
  • Stayuptodatewith industry trends anddevelopments


Requirements:

  • 48years of experience in editorial work specifically in thehealthcareindustry
  • Proventrack record of generating and publishing highquality B2Bcontent
  • Strongindustry contacts in hospitals and diagnostic laboratories inIndia
  • Excellentwriting editing and communicationskills
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Degreeor Diploma in Journalism Communications or related field may beadvantageous but not amust


Preferredqualifications:

  • Experienceworking in media properties targeted at the healthcare industry inIndia
  • Knowledgeof content management systems and social mediaplatforms
  • Experiencewith event planning andmanagement
