Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or related field.
  • Certification in IELTS training or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Patience and empathy to understand and cater to students' learning needs.
  • Familiarity with IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Deliver high-quality IELTS and spoken English training to students.
  • Assess students' language skills and develop customized study plans.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Motivate and encourage students to achieve their language learning goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest IELTS trends and exam requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training programs.
