What we are looking for:
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
Business Requirements:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.
UI Development:
  • Design and implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React and Material UI and ensure the application is responsive and works flawlessly on all devices.
Reusable Component Development:
  • Hands-on experience in creating reusable components using React, ensuring code modularity and reusability.
State Management:
  • Proficiency in working with state management systems like Redux, integrating them seamlessly into React applications for efficient data flow.
Material UI:
  • Extensive use of Material UI components to design and develop consistent and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
API Integration:
  • Seamlessly integrate APIs to enhance functionality and performance.
Unit Testing:
  • Develop and maintain React unit tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with designers, tech leads, and backend engineers to translate designs into functional components.
Optimization:
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
SDLC and Agile:
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience:
  • 3-6 years of Professional experience.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.

Requirements
Are you an adept Java Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework and microservices architecture? At Divami, we're looking for someone who can seamlessly develop and maintain APIs and web services, ensuring scalability and security on cloud platforms such as Azure. Your role will involve thorough testing, debugging, and timely resolution of production issues, alongside translating business requirements into actionable user stories and technical solutions. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration, documentation, and agile methodologies application throughout the software development lifecycle. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure the software meets quality standards. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Java development, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Message Brokers and Event-Driven Architectures: Knowledge and working experience of message brokers and event-driven architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka). Database Knowledge: Exposure to DBMS and Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Oracle) and proficiency in SQL. SDLC and Agile: Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Qualifications: Experience: 4-10 years of Professional Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering. Optionally Preferred Experience: Certification in Java programming or Spring framework. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless computing. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and caching mechanisms. Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and writing automated unit and integration tests.
