Job Summary
We are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in.NET
technologies. As a Technical Lead you will beresponsible for leading a team of developers
driving thearchitectural design and implementation of software solutions andensuring the
delivery of highquality scalable andperformant applications. This role requires a deep
understanding of .NET frameworks modern software developmentpractices and a passion
for solving complex technicalchallenges.

KeyResponsibilities
Architect design and implement complexsoftware solutions using .NET Core ASP.NET
and relatedtechnologies.
Ensure the scalability maintainability andperformance of applications.
Stay updated with thelatest trends and best practices in .NET development.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholdersto define project
requirements anddeliverables.
Break down complex projects intomanageable tasks and assign them to team members.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of highqualityfeatures.
Provide estimates for the tasks and maintainadherence to the timelines
Lead mentor and guide a teamof .NET developers to achieve project goals.
Establishand enforce coding standards and best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance andscalability.
Communicate effectively with stakeholdersto understand project requirements and
provide technicalinsights.
Document technical specifications architecturedesigns and development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelated field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience insoftware development with a focus on .NET
technologies.
At least 3 years of experience leading ateam of developers.
Extensive experience with .NET CoreASP.NET C# and related technologies.
Strongunderstanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) principles anddesign
patterns.
Proficiency in developingRESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experiencewith database design and development (SQL Server EntityFramework).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AzureAWS) and DevOps practices.
Experience with code qualitytools and static code analysis.
Proficiency in usingpopular .NET testing frameworks such as xUnit NUnit andMSTest.
Writing unit tests for asynchronous methodsusing async/await patterns.
Understanding how to handleand test asynchronous operations and tasks in. NET.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria andensure the software
meets businessrequirements.
Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
