PositionBrief: Responsible to executereview and promote the MRF sales & distribution activitiesof Milk & Milk Products in the allotted territory byextending support to the entire Sales team with an objective toachieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISOguidelines .


CoreResponsibilities:

Plan Execute & Promote the MRF business andachieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

Build the MRF team in scope towards the organizationobjective.

Create the identity of Brand in the market and increasethe visibility.

Daily visit toMRF stores existing as well as new chain of outlets.

Ensure proper placement visibility & facingshelf space stock availability stock condition (FIFO) and Hygieneof products at MRF stores/channels.

Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / BottleCoolers in the Market.

OrganizeCustomer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.

Review & identify the business gaps and developthe sales promotional activities.

Promote and extend the parlors and parlor sales in thearea of operation.

Ensure toreview and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstandings.

Monitor & review the distribution/ channelmarketing system/Local Buyers.

Ensure timely supply of products with minimize theleakages damages & transit losses.

Develop market intelligence new chain of outlets& expansion of distribution network

Optimum utilization of manpower develop and monitorTeams.

Customer Contact Programs and addressingcomplaints.

PO tracking ondaily basis.

Dailyperiodical MIS reports.

Identify theunlisted products and followup for listing.

Effective coordination and compliance of all StatutoryISO and Audit Queries.

Any other workwhich was assigned from time to time.
