OverviewThe PythonDeveloper Intern plays a crucial role in our organization byassisting with the development and maintenance of Pythonbasedapplications contributing to the overall success of our projects.This position provides an opportunity for handson experience insoftware development and allows interns to apply their classroomknowledge in a professional setting.Keyresponsibilities
  • Work collaborativelywith senior developers to create and maintain Pythonbasedapplications
  • Assist in writing cleanmaintainable and efficient code
  • Conduct testingand debugging of applications
  • Participate incode and design reviews
  • Contribute to thedevelopment of technical documentation
  • Learnand adopt new technologies as needed
  • Work ontasks related to software development lifecycle
  • Assist in identifying and resolvingtechnical problems
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to define design and ship newfeatures
  • Participate in Agile developmentprocesses and ceremonies
  • Support the deploymentof applications to production and cloudenvironments
  • Assist in integrating userfacingelements with serverside logic
  • Contribute tocontinuous improvement of developmentprocesses
  • Provide support in maintaining codequality organization and automation
  • Engage inprofessional development through training and learningopportunities
Requiredqualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
  • Knowledge of Python programming languageand its concepts
  • Familiarity with basicsoftware development principles and bestpractices
  • Understanding of data structures andalgorithms
  • Ability to work well within a teamenvironment and collaborate effectively
  • Goodproblemsolving skills and an analyticalmindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills
  • Basic understanding of version controlsystems such as Git
  • Exposure to Agilemethodologies and practices
  • Ability to learnand adapt to new technologies and toolsquickly
  • Understanding of web developmentconcepts and frameworks is a plus
  • Knowledge ofcloud platforms and services isdesirable
  • Experience with testing and debuggingtechniques is a plus
  • Passion for softwaredevelopment and continuouslearning
  • Availability for at least 36 monthsinternshipperiod
