Seeking a highly skilled Material and Production Planning Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the seamless coordination of raw material procurement and production scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs through strategic planning and inventory management. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, need to play a pivotal role in mitigating supply chain risks and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet production demands. As a key driver of operational efficiency, one should lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Your Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the plant to optimize capacity to fulfil short and long terms requirements.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently delivering on-time supply.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Implementing strategies to reduce inventory losses.
• Driving savings through process improvements and minimizing the need for air freight.
• Maintaining a strong track record of updating master data, efficiently managing processes, and fostering a collaborative approach.

You bring:
•Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Business administration.
•Experience: Candidates having minimum 12-15 years of experience in Operations Planning.
•Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, statistical software, and data visualization tools.
•Communication: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
•Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions
•Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments
