Job Overview:

Jost's Engineering Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Asst Manager Accounts to join our team at our Thane headquarters. This mid-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The role involves managing accounts with a keen understanding of statistical analysis, big data, and SQL, and further utilizing skills in machine learning, Python programming, data visualization, predictive modeling, and data mining to drive insights and strategic decisions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights effectively.
  • Should have SAP knowledge and hand on experience
  • Online payment experience is must
  • LC, BG, complete knowledge and experience is required
  • Handling big data sets efficiently to support data-driven decision-making in the organization.
  • Strong command over SQL (Mandatory skill) for efficient database management and query execution.
  • Experience in machine learning to develop predictive models and optimize processes.
  • Skilled in Python programming for automating tasks and developing data solutions.
  • Ability to create presentable data visualizations that concisely communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in predictive modeling to foresee trends and provide strategic input to business decisions.
  • Capable of data mining to discover patterns and extract valuable information from large datasets.

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations in the accounts division to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct thorough statistical analyses to support organizational financial decisions.
  • Utilize big data analytics to identify trends and guide strategic business actions.
  • Develop and refine SQL queries to facilitate efficient data retrieval and management.
  • Implement machine learning techniques to enhance predictive accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Create comprehensive data visualizations to report findings to upper management and stakeholders.
  • Lead projects in data mining to yield insights crucial for business development and strategy formulation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business operations.
