Responsibilities

1.Engineering and design of process mechanical systems in advancedmanufacturing facilities. Development of supply and distributionsystems for process chemicals ultrapure water processes wastewaterprocess cold water vacuum or compressed dry air

1. Provide technicalexpertise (functional specifications and specifications ofservices) on process mechanical systems / subcontracts to thetendering and procurement team. Provide accurate and competitivequantity estimates during bidding for process mechanical systems /services. Drive value engineering during execution with focus oncost optimization on the budgeted cost

2. Develop concepts and documents in accordancewith the contract (e.g. specifications drawings functionaldescriptions) and ensure the best quality of implementation andcompliance with EHS requirements. Reviewing the basis of designpermitting procedures drawings reports specifications and all otherwork necessary to meet the client requirements. Review and provideapproval of design calculations schematics technical submittalsQAPs and Shop drawings for process mechanical systems.

3. Provide technicalexpertise to projects on process mechanical systems scope DesignInstallation and Commissioning and interface with other trades).Guide team on installation of appropriate systems on theconstruction site. Reviewing FAT/SAT and accepting the materialsfor Installation

4. Ensuretimely availability of GFC drawings & technical documents.

5. Implement/follow properQA/QC procedures by maintaining and following Project QA/QC Manual6. Coordinate all interfaces and establish a reliable flow ofinformation internally and externally. 7. System coordination withcustomers and subcontractors and interdisciplinary coordination 8.Hazard analysis and assessment

SkillsExperience & Education

The idealcandidate should have expertise in process mechanical systems forprojects in Semiconductor FAB/OSAT EV battery facilities etc.Projects. Candidate to have degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech /B.E.) and > 15 years work experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate thefollowing attributes:

Deepknowledge of the process mechanical systems design of SemiconductorFAB Projects Familiar with international codes and standards

Strong customer orientationand the ability to build relationships.

High Integrity & Work Ethics

High commercial acumen.
