As part of the YM team, you will:

Identify YM initiatives (collaborative) Support markets with analytics Share learnings from the Global CoE / other IMG markets IMG Voice in Global YM forums Develop new tools/processes Coordinate & report progress on priorities
 

Educational Qualification - Engineering/MBA/Marketing Degree.

No. of Years of Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience. Relevant experience in sales/marketing in automotive industry preferred.

Professional Exposure - Familiarity with working for large global corporation with diverse workforce

Preferred skillsets - A good mix of practical experience in marketing/sales and data analytics. Knowledge of Alteryx, Qliksense, PowerBI essential.

Leadership skills - Self-motivated individual with strong ownership. Solid business acumen, coupled with a drive for results. Penchant for learning new tools/methods.

Other key attributes preferred - Able to work in a cross-functional diverse team. Flexible work schedule to support different time zones.
