As a Chat Support representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns, or issues. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to think quickly to provide answers and resolutions. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
