MAJORFUNCTIONS:

TheAccountant is the primary point of contact for ANGARAI and itsentities is responsible for all financial reports to the CEO ofANGARAI (Key financial reporting only) and for accounting servicesrelated to preparing analyzing maintaining and reviewing variousfinancial statements.(GLOBAL).


ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS:

Therole of the Accountant is to manage the payroll processing andbanking transactions prepare monthend bank reconciliations andprocess accounts receivable accounts payable billing and maintainand record all financial records.(GLOBAL)

  • Responsiblefor all financial reports
  • Supportthe ongoing management of existing accounts.
  • Prepareanalyze maintain and review all financial statements
  • Responsiblefor budget preparation and reporting
  • Manageand maintain all bookkeeping. (Global)
  • Updateand maintain all employees information
  • Responsiblefor payroll processing for ANGARAI employees.
  • Responsiblefor all billing transactions
  • Responsiblefor accounts payable processing vendor invoices and makingpayments.
  • Reportprofit and loss of the company
  • Preparebalance sheet
  • Responsiblefor handling inbound and outbound phone calls (global)
  • Responsiblefor all banking transactions and preparing financial statements asrequired by banks.
  • Prepareand process bank reconciliations at month ends.
  • Maintainand record all financial records.
  • Prepareand finalize yearend accounts for the company.




Requirements

  • Ability to perform andunderstand accounting and financial functions.
  • Identify research resolve and communicate discrepancieson a continual basis.
  • Excellent organizational analyticalcommunication and client/relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multipletasks to complete within established and often tight deadlines.
  • Analyze and research accounting andfinancial system issues to identify and evaluate innovativesolutions for a more efficient and effective system.
  • Knowledge of database systemsquick books and other reporting software.
  • Knowledge of buildinganalytical business metric reports.
  • Excellent problem solving andtroubleshooting skills.
  • Selfmotivated high energy and strongattention to detail.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accountingprinciples.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of budget preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting andfinancial functions.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE

  • Commerce Graduate or equivalent work experience inaccounting or finance
  • Minimum 12 years managing onlineaccounting and finance preferred
  • Experience managing relationships withinternal and external customers. (GLOBAL)
  • Fresher having good command overaccounting principles will be considered as AccountantIntern
