JOBSUMMARYWe are looking for askilled .Net Developer with at least 4 years of experience to joinour IT team. The successful candidate will be involved in designingdeveloping and maintaining efficient reusable and reliable .Netapplications. This role requires a solid understanding of the OOPsconcept .Net framework SQL databases and webtechnologies.
KeyResponsibilities:Proficiencyin Application development debugging and troubleshooting .NET Coreapplications to identify and resolve issueseffectively.Knowledge of .NET Coreperformance tuning and optimizationtechniques.Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment with excellent problemsolvingand analytical skills.Works with the teamarchitects and product owners/managers to design and implementinnovative solutions to address specific businessproblemsStrong written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.Work closely with otherdevelopers UI/UX designers business analysts and project managersto meet project goals and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.Write clean scalable code using.NET programming languages. Review update and refactor existingcode to improve performance andscalability.Knowledge on Design patternCaching Performance improvementtechniques.Create technical documentationfor reference and reporting ensuring clear and comprehensivedocumentation of code andfunctionalities.Writing neat and cleanreusable code and should be able to mentor junior team memberswhereverrequired.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET developmentpreferably with exposure to the banking and financesector. Education: Bachelor s degree incomputer science Information Technology or relatedfield.
MandatoryTechnical Skills:oProficiency in OOPs concept C# .NET Core Entity Framework SQLServer PostgreSQL ADO.NET DapperLINQ Web APIDevelopment Unit Testing using XUnit or any other method Strongdebugging and troubleshooting skills.oKnowledge of web services (REST SOAP).o GitThird party API integration JWT ServicesoDatabase: Tables views stored procedure jobs triggerfunctions. Good to haveSkills:o Reactjs and frontend technologies(JavaScript HTML5 CSS).o Knowledge on eventbased architecture Kafka/RabbitMQ.oKnowledge on Azure or AWS or GCP.o OWASPprinciples CI/CD integration DevOps JIRAProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities with a keen attention to detail.Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team as well asindependently. Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.PreferredExperience: Experience withAgile development methodologies. Experienceor knowledge of microservices architecture.Knowledge of cloud services (Azure AWS) and CI/CDpipelines. Familiarity with banking andfinancial software requirements and regulations in India would beadded advantage.
