Job Summary

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within Commercial bank Technology Sales and Marketing team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals using both configuration and development Leverage solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills in Salesforce CRM platform. Provide ongoing business support to the users for the CRM platform. Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience Strong experience with Salesforce  Hand on experience in Apex programming language Solid understanding of building Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API Experience in development of REST API Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Ability to interpret system / business requirements and prepare specification and design document Understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Willingness to learn and explore other cutting edge technologies relevant for the product development Exposure to banking/financial domain especially in risk reporting is a plus
