  • We are looking for a UI/UXDesigner to turn our software into easytouse products for ourclients.
  • UI/UXDesigner responsibilities include gathering user requirementsdesigning graphic elements and building navigation components.
  • To be successful inthis role you should have experience with design software andwireframe tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Creating usercentered designs byunderstanding business requirements and user feedback
  • Creating user flows wireframesprototypes and mockups
  • Translating requirements into style guides designsystems design patterns and attractive user interfaces
  • Designing UI elements such asinput controls navigational components and informational components
  • Creating originalgraphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
  • Identifying and troubleshootingUX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Collaborating effectively with productengineering and management teams
  • Incorporating customer feedback usage metricsand usability findings into design in order to enhance userexperience
  • Investigate and demonstrate understanding of theindustrys most recent trends and innovations.
  • Create storyboards toconceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.
Qualifications Required Skills and SelectionCriteria:
  • Bachelors degree in computerscience and a minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience.
  • Working knowledge ofUX design principles
  • User interface design
  • Ability to provide intuitive redesign ofexiting screens that provides great user experience with minimalclicks
  • Graphicdesign tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Wireframing/prototyping toolssuch as Balsamiq or Sketch
  • UX design tools such as Figma Axure or InVision
  • Experience with usertesting and usability analysis.
SkillsRequired:
  • Bachelor or Masters degree inComputer science/engineering related field.
  • Hands on experience in UIframeworks like React
  • Strong leadership communication interpersonal organizingand problemsolving skills
  • Good presentation skills with ability to communicateproposals to diverse audiences (user groups stakeholders and seniormanagement).
  • Abilityto work on multiple projects in a fast paced & dynamicenvironment.
  • Exposure to multiple diverse technologies platforms andprocessing environments.
Experience Required:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science and aminimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience.
