The successful candidatewill be a highly motivated and resultsoriented individual withexcellent communication and interpersonalskills.vKeyResponsibilities: Develop andimplement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned salestargets. Manage andgrow a designated portfolio of customeraccounts. Conductmarket research to understand customer needs competitor activityand market trends.Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and promotionalactivities. Processcustomer orders accurately andefficiently. Manageinventory levels and ensure ontime productdelivery. Respondpromptly to customer inquiries complaints andrequests. Generatedetailed sales reports and analyse data to identify areas forimprovement.Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure successfulproduct launches andpromotions.Maintain a professional and positive relationship with allstakeholders.vKey Results Areas(KRAs):1. Achieve orexceed assigned sales targets for volume value andprofitability.2.Grow existing customer accounts and acquire new customers withinthe territory.3.Increase brand awareness and product visibility through effectivepromotionalactivities.4. Proventrack record of exceeding salestargets. Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills. Strongnegotiation problemsolving and analyticalskills. Ability towork independently and as part of ateam. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint). Validdrivers license and reliable transportation(preferred).AdditionalDesirable Skills:Experience in specific FMCG categories (e.g. food &beverage personalcare). Knowledge ofretail and distributionchannels. Strongunderstanding of customer relationship management (CRM)principles.Experience with sales force automation (SFA)tools.DesiredCertifications:FMCG Sales Certification (e.g. Certified Professional in ConsumerGoods Sales) (aplus).
