Job Description

The Senior Insights Analyst (L3) is a key role focused on delivering detailed analysis on partner performance and revenue optimization. This position requires exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics and GA4, strong analytical skills, and experience with affiliate metrics and models. The role also requires at least 3 hours of overlap with Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Granular Reporting and Insights Generation

  • Analyze and report on partner performance across various pages, providing detailed insights into results and trends.

  • Develop and automate position-level SEM and affiliate reporting to enhance revenue tracking and optimization.

Affiliate Metrics and Models

  • Utilize a deep understanding of affiliate metrics (EPC, sales, conversion rates) to generate actionable insights.

  • Ensure a thorough understanding of affiliate models and quickly adapt to changes in the affiliate landscape.

Google Analytics Expertise

  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Use GA4 to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.

  • Train team members and stakeholders on GA4 best practices and insights generation.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to streamline data processes.

  • Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to ensure data is leveraged effectively to support business objectives.

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing and metrics.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Deep understanding of affiliate metrics (EPC, sales, conversion rates) and models.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

  • Must have at least 3 hours overlap with Eastern Time.
