Overview:The CRM 365Developer plays a critical role in designing developing andcustomizing solutions within the CRM 365 platform to meet theorganizations business needs. This role is vital in ensuring theseamless integration of CRM 365 with other systems and providingtechnical support to resolve any issues that mayarise.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designing andimplementing CRM 365 solutions to meet businessrequirements
  • Customizing CRM 365 to enhanceuser experience and maximize organizationalefficiency
  • Integrating CRM 365 with othersystems and applications
  • Developing andmaintaining technical documentation andstandards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders togather requirements and provide technicalguidance
  • Performing troubleshooting anddebugging to ensure the stability of CRM365
  • Conducting system performance tuning andoptimization
  • Participating in the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle including analysis design coding testing andimplementation
  • Providing technical support andtraining to endusers
  • Contributing to thecontinuous improvement of CRM 365 functionalities andprocesses
  • Staying updated with the latest CRM365 developments and best practices
  • Ensuringdata security and compliance within the CRM 365environment
  • Collaborating with crossfunctionalteams to deliver integratedsolutions
  • Participating in requirement analysisand solution architecture design
  • Assisting inthe evaluation and selection of CRM 365 thirdparty components andtechnologies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience in developing andcustomizing CRM 365 solutions
  • Proficiency inprogramming languages such as C# JavaScript HTML andCSS
  • Strong understanding of CRM 365architecture and data model
  • Experience in CRM365 integration with thirdparty systems andapplications
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting andperformance tuning in CRM 365
  • Ability tocollaborate and communicate effectively withstakeholders
  • Certification in CRM 365development is a plus
  • Experience in Agilesoftware development methodologies
  • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of datasecurity and compliance within CRM365
  • Excellent documentation and technicalwriting skills
  • Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
  • Uptodate with the latestCRM 365 trends and bestpractices
