Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media marketing strategiesto achieve business objectives and KPIs.


Create engagingand relevant content for various social media platforms includingFacebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn.


Manage socialmedia accounts including scheduling posts monitoring engagement andresponding to comments and messages.


Conductresearch and analysis to identify trends insights and opportunitiesfor audience growth and engagement.


Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of social mediaefforts with overall marketing objectives.


Monitor andreport on key performance metrics including reach engagement andconversions to evaluate the effectiveness of social mediacampaigns.


GeneralFunctional Responsibilities:


Stay updated onindustry trends best practices and emerging technologies in socialmedia marketing.


Experiment with new content formats platforms andfeatures to optimize performance and drive results.


Provide supportand guidance to other team members on social media marketingstrategies and tactics.


Participate inbrainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for contentand campaigns.

Requirements

Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or related field.


Proven experience in socialmedia marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successfulcampaigns.


Deep understanding of social media platformsalgorithms and best practices.


Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to create compelling contentand engage with audiences.


Strong analytical skills with the abilityto interpret data and metrics to informdecisionmaking.
