Whatyou ll do as a SoftwareEngineer:
  • Contributeto product & campaign projects with multiple stakeholders& engineers to deliver significant impact to ourbusiness.
  • Designbuild test deploy & maintain reliable webmobile &desktop software across a diverse stack leveraging modernframeworks &tooling.
  • Contribute tobuilding Tagglabs engineering culture as wegrow.


RequirementsYouwill be a good fitif:
  • You haveat least 3 years of industryexperience.
  • You haveplayed an instrumental role in building complexprojects.
  • You have previous startupexperience or worked in an environment that prioritizes a bias foraction.
  • You like to wear many hats.Our web technology team is small with a lot of things yet to befigured out. You are comfortable operating in such anenvironment.
  • You areinitiativedriven & comfortable with owning projects& being the driving force behindthem.
  • You are moreoutcomeoriented rather thanoutputoriented.
  • You are seriousabout security.
  • You hold yourself& others to a high bar when building software &working with production. You swear bystandards
  • Stellar user experienceis highly regarded & valued byyou.
  • Working with ambiguity& outside of your comfort zone is something you enjoy& ace.
  • You arecuriositydriven & dont shy away from learning newtechnologies wherenecessary.
