Job Description:

Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with expertise in Java 11/17, PostgreSQL, API development, and AWS.
- Lead a team of developers, guiding them through the software development lifecycle to deliver scalable, high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure best practices, and deliver successful projects.
- Passionate about Java, cloud technologies, and leadership in next-generation software solutions.

Required Skills:
- Java 11/17
- PostgreSQL
- API Development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Strong understanding of microservices design patterns and implementation
- Experience in agile environments with continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React/JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, SSL/TLS, JWT) for secure API development

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with architects to design microservices-based systems for complex business problems.
- Leverage Java 11/17 expertise to build performant backend systems and drive innovation.
- Design and implement secure and scalable RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Utilize PostgreSQL expertise to design and optimize databases for performance and data integrity.
- Deploy and manage applications in the AWS cloud environment, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness using cloud-native services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused applications.
- Maintain high coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies (CI/CD, code reviews, testing).
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous improvement.
