Roles&Responsibilities:
  • SolutionDesign: Analysing business requirements andcollaborating with stakeholders to design solutions that addressthe specific needs of the organization. This includes understandingthe business processes data flows and integrationpoints.
  • O9 Platform Expertise:Demonstrating indepth knowledge of theO9 platform its functionalities and itscapabilities. Staying up to date with the latest enhancements andupdates to leverage them effectively in thesolutions.
  • Customization andConfiguration: Customizing the O9 platform to meetthe unique requirements of the business. This may involveconfiguring workflows defining data models creating user interfacesand implementing automationrules.
  • Integration:Integrating O9 with other enterprise systems suchas ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)systems CRM (Customer RelationshipManagement) systems and other supply chain management tools.Ensuring seamless data exchange and information flow betweensystems.
  • TechnicalLeadership: Providing technical guidance andleadership to development teams during the implementation of O9solutions. Mentoring and supporting junior developers in theteam.
  • Testing and QualityAssurance: Overseeing the testing process to ensurethe accuracy and reliability of the implemented solutions.Conducting performance testing and identifying areas foroptimization.
  • Documentation:Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentationrelated to the architecture design and implementation of O9solutions. This includes technical specifications user guides andbest practices.
  • Troubleshootingand Support: Assisting in the resolution oftechnical issues and providing support to endusers during theimplementation and postimplementationphases.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identifying opportunities for continuous improvementand optimization of O9 applications.Staying informed about industry best practices and emergingtechnologies.
  • Project Management:Collaborating with project managers and stakeholdersto define project scope timelines and deliverables. Ensuringprojects are delivered on time and withinbudget.
  • Security andCompliance: Ensuring that the O9solutions comply with relevant security and dataprivacy regulations and industrystandards.

OtherSkills/Qualifications:
  • 810years of relevant experience in implementingO9
  • Strongfunctional knowledge of Supply Chaindomain
  • Experience working in CPGindustry is a plus
  • Bachelor orMasters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or arelated field.
  • Proven experience inarchitecting designing andimplementing O9solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical abilities.
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
