Job Opportunity: Receptionist cum Front Office Management - Incubation Centre

About Us:

We are a cutting-edge incubation center at the forefront of fostering innovation and supporting startups. We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist cum Front Office executive with expertise in cafeteria management, administration, and related responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression for all visitors.

- Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and managing appointments.

- Oversee cafeteria operations, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our community members.

- Assist in general administrative tasks, such as handling mail, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.

- Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

- Provide support in organizing events, meetings, and other activities within the incubation center.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating competence in reception and front office management.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficient in managing administrative tasks and coordinating various activities.

- Language proficiency is essential; fluency in English is required.

- Preferably female candidates to enhance diversity in our team.
