JobSummary:
TheImplant Recruiter is responsible for managing the endtoendrecruitment process working onsite at the client s location. Thisrole involves collaborating closely with hiring managersunderstanding their staffing needs and sourcing screening andselecting the best candidates to fulfill thoseneeds.
KeyResponsibilities:
ClientManagement:
- Actas the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regardingrecruitment needs.
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understandtheir staffing requirements.
- Provideregular updates and reports to the client on recruitment activitiesand progress.
- Managing the employeereferralcampaign
- Actas the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regardingrecruitment needs.
RecruitmentProcess:
- Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
- Source candidates throughvarious channels including job boards social media and networkingevents.
- Screen and shortlistcandidates based on the jobrequirements.
- Conduct interviews(telephonic video and inperson) and assess candidates skills andcultural fit.
- Coordinate with theclient for scheduling interviews feedback and offernegotiations.
- Ensure a positivecandidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
- Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
Administration:
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS).
- Prepare and presentrecruitment metrics and analytics to theclient.
- Ensure compliance with alllegal and regulatory requirements regarding recruitment andhiring.
- Stay updated with industrytrends and best practices inrecruitment.
- Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the Applicant TrackingSystem (ATS).
RequirementsWhatweneed:
- EducationBE/Btech (Mechanical/Electrical)Mandate
- Mandatoryto have similar domainknowledge.
- Strongunderstanding on manufacturing requirements an individual fromAutomobile or Rolling Stock background will be the bestfit.
- Needrecruitment experience into manufacturing engineering roles (CTCLevel above 10 Lacs). Not required any sales hiringexpertise.
- Min 2to 3 years of recruitmentexperience
