Position- GM Operations - Small Hydro Power Plant

Locations -Shimla and Mumbai

Education-BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Experience in Operations and maintenance of Hydro Power Plants.

Execution of Small Hydro Power Projects are preferred.


Qualifications and Skills

  • BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
  • More than 15 -25 years of experience in managing small hydropower projects
  • Strong knowledge of power generation and renewable energy
  • Strong experience in Hydropower Plant Handling and maintenance.
  • Responsible for various Hydropower Plant handling / Team Handling / Stakeholder Management etc.


Job Description

  • Overall In-charge of all the running power houses.
  • Would be responsible for erection & commissioning of all Hydro power stations.
  • Coordination among all the hydro power stations for plant performance management.
  • Responsible for statutory & Legal compliances for Hydro Power stations.
  • Co-ordination with the electricity board for our Internal / External customers.
  • Should have experience PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), Techno commercial and other statutory requirements.
  • Should have experience in dealing with Tariff.
