We have an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients in the IT services space based in Chennai.


Role Description:


This position is a senior-level role within the marketing and communications team. It primarily focuses on two key areas: Digital Services and Partnership Marketing. The role requires strategic thinking, the ability to create fresh value propositions, and the development and execution of a global marketing strategy. Collaboration with various teams and the establishment of strategic relationships are also key components of this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop new value propositions and a global marketing strategy that positions our organization as a leader in Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Create and optimize marketing and demand generation campaigns, using data-driven insights to enhance conversion.
  • Bring innovative ideas and best practices to create focused and distinctive campaigns.
  • Lead ABM programs to generate leads and enhance pipeline growth within key accounts.
  • Design customer outreach programs to engage target accounts.
  • Drive the development of relevant content and package case studies and customer testimonials.
  • Support the creation of internal communication and sales training material for new value propositions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and execute co-branded marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partner activities with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns in partnership with alliance allies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with alliance partners and internal teams to create relevant content for co-branded campaigns.
  • Package case studies and customer testimonials to enhance the value proposition of our alliances.
  • Support the creation of internal communication and sales training material related to alliance partnerships and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure they are well-equipped to effectively sell our partnered solutions.


Qualifications:


  • MBA with an engineering background is preferred, but we also highly value prior experience in alliance marketing campaigns.
  • A successful candidate should have 13-15 years of full-time experience in B.E. or MBA, with a track record of developing innovative propositions and campaigns that showcase creativity and storytelling.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to captivate audiences with compelling content.
  • Demonstrated capability to conceive and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns and work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A comprehensive understanding of diverse marketing facets, including branding, communications, events, analyst relations, PR & media, customer-centric workshops, and social media.
  • Proficiency in the latest technology trends, including IoT, analytics, augmented reality, cloud services, and experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Content creation experience and the ability to transform technical information into impactful value propositions.
  • Sound knowledge of leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic advertising in digital marketing.
  • A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills.
