Whatis this role As a PreSalesSolutions Architect you will be at the forefront of ourorganizations growth and success leveraging your unique skill setto craft innovative solutions that bridge the gap between customerneeds and our offerings. This pivotal role combines strategicthinking technical expertise and exceptional communication to drivepresalesexcellence.
IdealCandidate Profile :
  • 5 8 years of relevant Presales experience
  • Background domain experience of semiconductormedical devices automotive and capital equipment manufactures ismandatory

Roles& Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a balancedviewpoint making decisions that harmonize optimism and pessimism toserve both business and technical aspects in presalesscenarios.
  • Create highlevel solution designsin the early stages of customer engagement iterating to ensure theyeffectively address customer needs andchallenges.
  • Clearly and persuasively articulatethe unique value of our offerings and solutions toclients.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitiveanalyses evaluating options to inform strategicdecisions.
  • Proficiently execute ROI andcostbenefit analyses for our solutions andproposals.
  • Develop shortterm and multiyearplans aligned with business objectives and customersuccess.
  • Provide accurate estimations for bothshort and longterm projects andsolutions.
  • Establish trust with clients throughyour expertise and interactions positioning yourself as a trustedadvisor.
  • Confidently explore options inambiguous situations encompassing both technical and businessaspects and customize solutions based on market insights to alignwith customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a deepunderstanding of industry domains (e.g. Semi MedicalAutomotive).
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge ofdiverse technologies including WebTech Data & EnterpriseApplications Test Automation and cloudsolutions.
  • Create solution architectures withminimal information iteratively refining them to align withbusiness needs.
  • Remain open to experimentingwith novel approaches and technologies to enhance our solutionsstaying updated on industry trends competitor offerings and marketdynamics.
  • Interact confidently with customerscolleagues stakeholders and architects conveying ideas to bothtechnical and nontechnical audiences through compellingnarratives.
  • Excel in guiding productivediscussions and meetings with both internal and externalstakeholders efficiently managing conflicts and divergentopinions.
  • Proficiently manage multiple projectsensuring work quality and prioritizing tasks effectively to meetdeadlines and achieve desiredoutcomes.
  • Identify potential project challengesand propose mitigation strategies demonstrating resourcefulnesswhen faced with unexpected obstacles.
  • Possessthe ability to influence decisions guide stakeholders towardoptimal solutions and proactively seek to improve processes andofferings based on customerfeedback.
