Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Bar Manager and Mixologist to join our team in Udaipur. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of modern cocktails and a proven track record in bar management and mixology.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in mixology, with at least 7 to 10 years of professional work in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, including various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for patrons.
  • Inventory management capabilities to efficiently track and manage bar supplies.
  • Proficiency in menu development to create and update enticing beverage offerings.
  • In-depth understanding of bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • Modern Cocktails (Mandatory skill), showcasing the ability to craft contemporary and innovative drinks.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Create and curate a diverse menu of modern cocktails and beverages.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Train and mentor bar staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards within the bar.
  • Develop and manage budgets, aiming to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for high-quality ingredients and bar equipment.
  • Organize and host special events, themed nights, and promotions to attract patrons.
