OverviewA DevOpsEngineer plays a critical role in the organization responsible forbridging the gap between development testing and operations as wellas automating and streamlining the companys IT infrastructure. • Collaborate withsoftware developers system operators and other IT staff members tomanage code releases.
• Design develop andimplement software integrationsolutions.
• Automate deployment and scaling ofcloudnative applications.
• Implement and managecontinuous delivery systems and methodologies on cloudplatforms.
• Architect and implementcontainerization strategy using Docker Kubernetes or similartools.
• Build and maintain tools for deploymentmonitoring and operations.
• Conduct systemstests for security performance andavailability.
• Provide support to developmentteams by identifying triaging and resolving build or deploymentproblems.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to drive process improvements and reliability engineeringinitiatives.
• Monitor and analyze systemperformance and reliability making recommendations for improvementsand enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysisfor production errors and implement solutions to preventrecurrence.
• Ensure security best practices arefollowed in the software deliveryprocess.
• Manage monitor and scaleinfrastructure in major cloud serviceproviders.
• Participate in oncall rotation andprovide support for production systems.
• Createand maintain comprehensive documentation for operational andsecurity processes.

Requiredqualifications

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
• 4 years of experience in a DevOps orsimilar role.
• Handson experience with cloudplatforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Proficiencyin automation tools such as Terraform Ansible orChef.
• Experience with containerizationtechnologies like Docker Kubernetes orOpenShift.
• Solid understanding of CI/CDpipelines and related tools like Jenkins GitLab CI orCircleCI.
• Proficient in scripting languagessuch as Bash Python or Ruby.
• Indepth knowledgeof infrastructure as code and configurationmanagement.
• Experience in monitoring loggingand alerting tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELKStack.
• Demonstrated expertise in networking andsecurity principles.
• Experience in managing andoptimizing relational and NoSQLdatabases.
• Strong problemsolving skills and theability to work independently and as part of ateam.
• Excellent communication and collaborationabilities.
• Industry certifications such as AWSCertified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator area plus.
• Proven track record of implementing andmanaging highly available and scalableinfrastructure.
