Technically very strong & hands on in coding. Knows how to lead a big team well. Independent and comes with idea which could help grow the team technically. Understands needs of the team and matches them with the project. Communicates well. Fulfils all the necessary criteria listed below

  • Must have experience in development project & not just maintenance & support projects.
  • Ability to perform Impact analysis in detail and provide a case study for the same
  • Should be able to provide estimates
  • Ability to perform and review estimation
  • Worked on Agile based project
  • Planning
  • Ensure quality of deliverables
  • Manage change control

  • Ability to suggest improvements to a User Story and communicate these to required stakeholder (Business Analyst)
