Experience in maintenance of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill section equipment’s, Belt & screw conveyors, Bag House, Fans, Hydraulic system.  Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site. WCM concepts & implementation at site. Improve availability of Kilns. To decrease specific power consumption of Kiln / coal mill and raw mill. To identify and execute the improvement jobs. To adopt standard maintenance practices & improve reliability of equipments.

Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.

KRA 1: Experience in maintenance of Kiln / coal mill and Raw mill  KRA 2:

Knowledge of all UTCL safety Standards & 100% implementation at site 

KRA 3:

Improve availability of Kiln / coal mill and Raw mill

KRA 4:

To maintain S&S an RPM expenses well within annual budgeted limit.
