Job Title:Technical Specialist L2

Department/Location: IT departmentMumbai(Maharashtra)BKC

Reports to: ITHead

Days/Hours ofWork: 9 Hrs (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range:Up to 10LPA

Summary of Position:

IntermediateTroubleshooting of networkrelated incidents (link outages peeroutages router/switch/firewall hardware failures multicast andbroadcast issues network performance issues)

Responsible for managing /configuring /Troubleshooting Proxy Overviewing Routing & Switching

Responsible formanaging /configuring / Troubleshooting Proxy Ability to prepareSOP/HLD/LLD

Responsiblefor managing /configuring / Troubleshooting Load Balancers/ WebApplication Firewall IPS/ IDS

Documentation and Presentation. Work andresolve incidents with proper technical updates andartefacts

Preparing aPlan of Action for Activities and New Implementations. Workingclosely with the customer IT team and collaborating with other ITstaff Strict adherence to customer policies and processesContinuous guidance to the L1 team

PrimaryResponsibilities:

Proxy (Blue Coat/TrendMicro/Force pointetc.)

Network Devices (such as Web Proxymicrosegmentation DDoS)

Routing/Switching/Networking/CISCO/ Firewall/ Checkpoint/ Comm Vault/Backup/ Veritas

Intrusion detectionsystems (IDS) and intrusion preventionsystems (IPS) proxy

WAF(F5/ NetScaler / Radware/ Citrix etc.)

Load Balancer (F5 / NetScaler / Array /Radware/ Citrix etc.)

Personal Specification:

Qualifications& TrainingGraduate/12th3 Years Polytechnic Diploma (Essential)/ Technical Graduate(Desirable)

Experience Atleast 5 to 7 years

Qualities and AttitudeGood communication skill and flexible tolearn and upgrade

Product KnowledgeProxy Server Windows ApplicationFirewall Load Balancing CISCO Networking

Competencies:

Language Hindi andEnglish (Written and Oral)

Attitude Flexible
