Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive. (Domestic)

Experience : 4+ years.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Location: Bangalore & Chennai.

 

Job Description:

  1.  Stablish and maintain a customer relations management database.
  2. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
  3. Maintain strong relationship with customers for future business growth.
  4. Coordinate with Business development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities.
  5. Develop good customer relationship by personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
  6. Conduct marketing campaigns, trade shows, job fair etc. in order to increase company’s recognition
  7. Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
  8. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
  9. Assist marketing team in preparing market plans and strategies to promote company’s products.
  10. Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
  11. Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
  12. Coordinate with Business development Manager in problem solving, resourcing and budgeting activities
  13. Work with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals

Must : Experience into Engineering Services sales.

  1. Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
  2. Proven sales track record
  3. Experience in customer support is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Market knowledge
  7. Communication and negotiation skills
  8. Ability to build rapport.
  9. Time management and planning skills
  10. B.E./ B.Tech./ BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Other
