  • Organizing and attending campusrecruitment events and career fairs.
  • Leadinginformation sessions and workshops to promote the organization asan employer of choice.
  • Coordinating internshipprograms and summer hiringinitiatives.
  • Conducting interviews assessmentsand evaluations of potentialcandidates.
  • Managing employer branding andcampus marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboratingwith hiring managers to understand talentneeds.
  • Utilizing social media and networkingplatforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Tracking andanalyzing campus hiring metrics to driveimprovements.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in campus recruitingor university relations.
  • Strong knowledge ofcampus recruitment best practices andtrends.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Ability to travel tovarious campuses and events asneeded.
  • Demonstrated success in building andmaintaining professional relationships.
  • Shouldhave minimum one year experience in campushiring/recruitment
  • Capability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
  • Understanding ofdiversity and inclusion initiatives in campushiring.
