Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and managing web page content (. text, photo, video, for all Danfoss Climate Solutions Global and Regional websites and auxiliary sites along with executing marketing campaigns and activities across channels and platforms. Play a key role in ensuring an improved digital customer experience across touchpoints and in improving KPIs for our digital communication channels and platforms. Optimize the user journey across the website and other digital touch points ensuring a fully optimized end-to-end user journey. You will be responsible for marketing automation activities and constantly improve the customized user experience based on data and new technologies. You will translate data into actions and come with recommendations for improvement. You are a master juggler, able to quickly take ownership of tasks, projects, and areas of responsibility and execute them with excellence. Should have solid experience and understanding of web and other digital channels (. social, marketing automation, webinar) and what it takes to build a strong end-to-end journey ensuring conversions.  You will deliver fast and high-quality support to global and regional marketing communication teams, digest data, and based on analysis share best practices.  You can navigate in a matrix organization and are strong in stakeholder management and communication. You proactively follow up with your stakeholders and do the needed to ensure a clear project scope. 

Background & Skills

Bachelor/Master’s degree in IT or computer science 4-6 years of working experience in building websites in CMS with innovative UI and UX practices (Umbraco experience an advantage) Strong stakeholder management skills, proactivity and self-driven Strong communication skills – written and spoken Experienced with Google Analytics (Loocker Studio and PowerBI an advantage) and SEO Innovative vision and design thinking approach Structured and organized in the way of working Willing to work with various time zones A finger on the pulse of trending digital channels and methods Team player who can foster positive working relationships across the business and our virtual team
