As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
 

Experience: 2-10 Years
Salary: INR 3.6 LPA to 9.4 LPA

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.


 



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent in the Real Estate or Health Insurance industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
