As a TechnoSolution Engineer in Telecom youd likely be involved in designingimplementing and maintaining technological solutions fortelecommunication networks. Your role would encompass understandingthe requirements of clients assessing existing infrastructure andproposing suitable technology solutions to meet their needs. Thismight involve working with various telecommunications technologiessuch as wireless communication systems fiber optics networkprotocols and softwaredefinednetworking.
Your responsibilitiescouldinclude:
SolutionDesign: Developing technical solutions tailored to meetspecific customer requirements considering factors like scalabilityreliability andcosteffectiveness.
NetworkOptimization: Analyzing network performance andrecommending optimizations to enhance efficiency throughput andquality ofservice.
Integration:Integrating new technologies or services into existing networkinfrastructure ensuring seamless operation andcompatibility.
Testingand Validation: Conducting tests and validationprocedures to ensure that solutions meet performance standards andfunctionalrequirements.
ClientEngagement: Collaborating with clients to understandtheir business needs providing technical consultancy and offeringinsights into emerging technologies and industrytrends.
Troubleshooting:Resolving technical issues and providing support to troubleshootnetwork problems ensuring minimal downtime and disruption toservices.
Documentation:Creating technical documentation including design specificationsconfiguration guides and training materials for internal teams andcustomers.
Yourrole would require a solid understanding of telecommunicationsprinciples network architecture and relevant technologies as wellas strong problemsolving and communication skills to effectivelyinteract with clients and colleagues. Additionally staying updatedwith advancements in the telecom industry would be essential toremain competitive and provide innovativesolutions.
RequirementsBTechholders with proven experience in a similar role preferably withinenterprise business environments. Candidates should have indepthknowledge of broadband technologies and expertise in designingdeploying and managing WiFi networks and other technologysolutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technicalsolutions or engineering role preferably within the telecom or ISPindustry.
