Responsibilities:
ProductionPlanning andOversight:
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implementefficient manufacturing processes for riggingequipment.
Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timelycompletion ofprojects.
Monitor production processes identify areas for improvement andimplement enhancements to increaseefficiency.
QualityControl:
Develop and implement quality control procedures for thefabrication of riggingproducts.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance withindustry standards and internal qualityspecifications.
Investigate and address any quality issues working closely with theproduction team to implement correctiveactions.
DocumentationandReporting:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of production and qualitycontrolactivities.
Generate reports detailing production performance quality metricsand any deviations from establishedstandards.
Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders and providerecommendations for continuousimprovement.
ProcessImprovement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reductionwhile maintaining or improving productquality.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changesthat enhance the manufacturability of riggingproducts.
TrainingandDevelopment:
Provide training to production staff on quality control proceduressafety protocols and bestpractices.
Stay current with industry trends regulations and advancements andshare knowledge with theteam.
Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineeringprocurement and project management to ensure seamless coordinationthroughout the productionprocess.
Act as a liaison between the production team and other departmentsto address issues and optimizeprocesses.

RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineeringor a relatedfield.
Proven experience in production and quality control within therigging or heavy equipmentindustry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and qualityassuranceprinciples.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention todetail.
Proficient in using relevant software and tools for documentationandreporting.
Effective communication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.
