We are seeking a highly skilled professional who has an experience into Product Technical Support.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for installing, upgrading and deploying Ideagen software products to customers, across both hosted and on-premises environments. You will liaise closely with project and account management teams to help scope technical services & implementations work for customers. You will work closely with the support teams, acting as a technical escalation for key products and infrastructure. You will help our customers across a wide range of technical and implementation work, including but not limited to: server and database migrations; product upgrades and migrations; license & feature updates; technical product configuration and integration into clinical environments. You promote openness, diversity of opinions and inclusive discussions at all times to evaluate a wide variety of ideas and perspectives in solving challenging problems. You can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You exemplify high accountability, integrity, and resilience to maintain focus on both big-picture goals and milestones to get there.

Skills and Experience

Proficiency in Windows Server (2012+) installation, configuration, administration, and integration with other systems (including printer server administration & scanning). Proficiency in IIS installation, configuration, and administration. Experience of SQL Server configuration and administration. Experience of infrastructure and networking concepts. Experience of scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong customer facing skills with the ability to drive external third parties, internal teams, and external customers to achieve objectives. Exposure to working in an IT healthcare environment.

Desirable:

Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles
