Qualifications

: Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. At least three years of experience as a medical coder. Candidate must have a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification through AAPC, or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification, or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC), or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) Candidate must be aware of medical terms, coding guidelines, anatomy, and physiology. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
