Job Title: Product Engineering Architect /Technical Lead (Log Parsing)
Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide technical leadership for a high performing engineering team to drive the product development of a product or a suite of products
  • Own the design and full cycle of products
  • Establishing the products till referenceable, stabilize / scale products, L3 sustenance engineering
  • Ownership of complex software architectures, operational metrics, and running the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • The products are Enterprise class in deep security domain with core Engine driven by AI /ML involving Analytics
  • Involvement in the full software development life cycle with stringent needs on (i) time to market, and (ii) quality of product - functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Designing and defining the interaction between the different components and teams.
  • Work closely with the peers and product managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
  • Definition of, and compliance with, a world-class build/release and configuration management process
Education:
The candidate must have Masters / Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience:
The role is critical, and hence we are very keen to hire someone with below skills, knowledge and experience:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in designing large scale solution architectures with Log Parsing using FileBeat, Graylog Pipeline Rules or Custom Extractors.
  • Quick learner so that new device logs can be parsed in reasonable time
  • Someone who has been into Technical Product Development and got transfigured into a Product Owner.
  • Has managed architects and Software engineers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development
  • Security background in terms of development, domain, products, implementation is highly desired
  • Deep technical knowledge in software, systems and security to dive into details with engineers
  • Deep Knowledge of JavaScript and Regular Expressions (RegEx)
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Designs scalable processes to collect, manipulate, present, and analyze large
  • datasets in a production-ready environment
  • Previous experience leading and managing teams in an agile development environment
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum as software development methodology
  • Experience leading globally distributed teams
  • Experience operating in both start-up & enterprise application development environments. Must have excellent logical, problem solving and verbal communication skills
