What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in working with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in the endpoint management arena. As part of the Global end-user Computing Services at Lam, he/she will be responsible for driving critical activities and projects to success as well as shaping the future of Lam's endpoint management processes and environment. He/she is part of a globally acting team, spread across different continents and time zones. This allows us to be close to our end-users and incorporate their feedback in our immediate activities around keeping the systems current and secure, deploying new applications, features, and policies. In this role, the individual we are looking for is • Responsible for deployment- and patch management for corporate end-user devices including related management reporting • Overseeing a team of technical experts driving and improving endpoint mgmt. processes • Ensuring KPIs are within agreed boundaries and defined SLAs are met in collaboration with managed service providers • Driving CFT-taskforces and -problem management for endpoints globally

Who We’re Looking For

Technically sound knowledge and understanding of the following technologies/concepts o Modern Device Management (Win10/Win11) o MEM & MECM (incl. Co-Management, Auto Pilot, Patch Management) o Microsoft AD and AAD Hands-on exposure to and experience in deployment activities as part of Endpoint Management in large enterprises Profound experience of leading global & remote teams of technology experts and managed service contracts Experience in problem management and related ITSM-tools and -procedures Exposure to device management for devices not on MS-OS (e.g. Android, iOS, etc.) BS/MS in Business Informatics, Information Systems, related studies or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability 5+ years of experience in executing and managing deployments in a Microsoft environment 3+ years of experience in technical team-lead roles • Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud eco-system (M365, Windows365, Virtual Desktop and related interfaces.

• Interest in staying on top of the latest trends and features in the endpoint mgmt. area

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate to non-technical audience

• Exposure to ISO27k processes, controls, audits, and certification activities • Interest in cultural exchange and ability to work within a multicultural/-national organization

• Flexibility as we as a global team need to take ownership and work flexible working hours

• Team player with hands-on mentality and able to collaborate within cross functional teams

• Intrinsic motivation for the area of endpoint mgmt. and continuous improvement mentality, to stay in the know of state-of-the-art technologies and opportunities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
