Job Description: Training Manager – Life Insurance Company**

**Position Overview:** As a Training Manager at our Life Insurance Company, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees across various departments. Your primary focus will be on designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to ensure our workforce is equipped to provide exceptional service, drive sales, and adhere to industry regulations. You will collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and create impactful learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Training Program Development:**
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and priorities.
- Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Create training materials, resources, and modules, including presentations, e-learning content, job aids, and assessments.

**2. Training Delivery:**
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, both in person and through virtual platforms. 
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and role-playing exercises to enhance skills related to product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Ensure training content is effectively delivered to meet the diverse learning styles of employees.

**3. Performance Evaluation and Feedback:**
- Develop mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of participants.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to individuals and their supervisors.
- Analyze training evaluation data and make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.

**4. Training Administration:**
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth program execution.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure training compliance with regulatory requirements.

**5. Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance sector.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of training programs and methods.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to provide input on training strategies and initiatives.

**6. Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align training efforts with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent and standardized approach to training.

**Qualifications and Requirements:

** - Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of life insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience with various training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve training goals




Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular).
  • Hands-on experience with any CRM software.
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field.
