About the position

In this role you will work closely with the customer to capture product routings and elaborate Production Orders in the PSIMetals Quality and Order Dressing solution. The role requires a logical mind-set and an aptitude for trouble-shooting to specify, design, implement, test, document and deliver the PSImetals Order Dressing Solution.

Analysing customer requirements and translating them into a solution design & specification Supporting customers with the implementation, customization, and commissioning of PSImetals solutions within a team of qualified developers and consultants Become a reliable partner of the customer and build up a trustful relationship with their team Develop your expertise so you can advise on and design the customer’s production processes and system landscape Train and support the customer in the daily operation of the PSImetals Order Dressing solution Continuous improvement of running PSImetals implementations Performing customer workshops and delivering presentations on specific PSImetals Quality and Order Dressing component

Support current customers with typically

Implementation, customization, and commissioning of PSImetals Quality and Order Dressing solutions Maintenance and upgrade of current implementations Train specific PSImetals Quality and Order Dressing modules to customer users

Job Requirements

Necessary:

Degree in Metallurgy or an Engineering degree with an understanding of the metals process. Knowledge or experience in the metals industry Willingness to travel, and work on-site at our customers’ locations Customer-focused mind-set Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Hold a valid work permit for the location that you are applying Fluent communication skills in English are required.

Preferred:

Experience elaborating Sales Orders into Production Orders Experience as an MES or Engineering Consultant Analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements SQL, PL/SQL and JAVA development experience is a plus
