Responsibilities
  • Designdevelop and deploy chat bots across various platforms to streamlinecustomer service.
  • Collaborate with productmanagers and stakeholders to define chat bot requirements andfunctionality.
  • Implement natural languageprocessing (NLP) techniques to improve the accuracy andeffectiveness of chat bots.
  • Analyze and monitorchat bot performance and user interactions making adjustments asnecessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends andcontinually enhance chat bot capabilities with newtechnologies.
  • Document development processescode and user interfaces to ensure easy maintenance andupdates.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or arelated field.
  • 35 years of experience in chatbot development and AI technologies.
  • Strongprogramming skills in languages such as Python Java orJavaScript.
  • Experience with chat bot frameworkslike Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework orRasa.
  • Solid understanding of machine learningand natural language processingconcepts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills andability to work in a collaborative teamenvironment.
  • Strong communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
